This interactive presentation by Rick Bradley covers the award-winning exercise program based on his book, Quick Fit: The Complete 15-Minute No-Sweat Workout, published by Simon and Schuster. The seminar is designed for those individuals who know that exercise is good for them, but remain physically inactive for many reasons. It emphasizes cardiovascular fitness, abdominal strengthening, upper body strengthening, and total body flexibility. The seminar demonstrates how busy people can exercise effectively and consistently utilizing the simple Quick Fit exercise program.  The Quick Fit kit is available to all seminar participants. 

Coaching
Quick Fit Coaching begins with a one hour seminar by the program author, Rick Bradley, and continues with a pre-determined number of visits by Rick.  The Quick Fit Coaching focuses on two areas:  (1) the Quick Fit exercise program  (2) blood pressure screening/education.  Each one-on-one session is educational, motivational and encourages daily physical activity.

Quick Fit Exercise Kit
The Quick Fit Exercise Kit is a complete fitness tool. The kit includes a Quick Fit Deck (instructional cards), and a Quick Fit tube in a convenient mesh bag.  Quick Fit kits are perfect for travel, home, and work. 

Quick Fit Deck
The Quick Fit Deck is a 4”x6” booklet that shows all the Quick Fit exercises, with muscle descriptions, instructional tips and an exercise tracking calendar. The deck fits in the palm of your hand so you have easy access to all of the Quick Fit exercises no matter where you perform your daily Quick Fit exercise program.
