Rick's Quick Fit Seminars

The greatest asset to any employer is the health and well-being of the employees themselves. Through company-sponsored "Rick's Quick Fit" seminars, productivity will sharply increase due to greater employee morale, improved lines of communication between management and workforce, and the creation of a more harmonious working environment. The end result is, in fact, a more productive, happier and healthier corporation.

Rick's Quick Fit, LLC is a consulting firm dedicated to reducing employee stress and to building the strongest corporate teams possible. Since 1985, Rick has been involved in occupational health, fitness, and motivation at the corporate level, developing specific programs to meet the needs of a variety of businesses and industries.

Rick's Quick Fit continues to develop and direct specialized seminars around the country entitled Creative Stress Management, Work-Life Wellness, and Quick Fit. In addition, Rick's Quick Fit, LLC implements corporate fitness programs for companies that do not have in-house fitness centers or gyms.
